- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 cup grated cheese (Cheddar or similar)

To make the pork chops from scratch:Slice pork tenderloin thinly and use a meat tenderizer, if needed.Heat up a pan and add some butter or oil.Season each slice of the pork with salt and ground black pepper, then dip it into plain flour, followed by scrambled egg and finally breadcrumbs. Transfer to the pan and fry on both sides until cooked through.) Layer cooked pork chops in an oven-safe baking dish. Add some cherry tomatoes sliced in half.
Pour heavy cream over the meat and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
As a final layer, sprinkle with grated cheese generously.
Bake at 392°F (200°C) for approximately 15 minutes, or until a golden crust forms on top. Serve immediately.
- To reheat: Mix a small amount of heavy cream with water in a cup, season with salt, and pour it over the dish. Transfer to a preheated oven and cook for 5–10 minutes. While you could reheat it in the microwave, we do not recommend this method.
